what are some popular instruments used in the 1920s?

title pretty much says it all :)
does anyone know of any popular instruments that were used in the 1920’s?

Pretty much the same instruments your typical orchestra or marching band uses nowadays. Woodwinds, brass, stringed and percussion instruments haven’t changed much in the last 150 years.

A trumpet your typical jazz musician played back in the 1920’s isn’t any different than trumpet is now. In fact many of the antique ones sound better and are widely sought by modern day professionals.

If you think about it the only real difference is in the styles of music and the fact that in the early 20th century they didn’t have the electronics we take so for granted nowadays.
