I want to join the Jazz band. Instrument problem!?
So, I am a tuba player for my band and marching band. I am pretty good at that, but I want to join the Jazz Band. I can also play baritone and euphonium, but I am pretty sure these three instrements are not used in Jazz Bands. I tried learning Trombone, but the slide positions are hard. What instrument could I learn to get into the jazz band or which that I already know could I use. I also play the guitar (electric and acoustic)

You could try upright bass. It’s like an electric bass guitar, except much larger.
