Fiction book on an average “joe” who is jazz pianist by night? What is it called?
I am trying to figure out the title of a book someone recommended to me. I think it is called “The Secret Life of….”, can’t remember the rest. But the premise is that this average working family man lives a boring life but at night, he sneaks out of his house and assumes the persona of an amazing jazz piano player and gigs all over town. Anyone know the name of the book?

There are several articles about The Secret Life of Jim Trompeter, but I can’t find any fiction; Jim Trompeter is a real person.
