Can you play Jazz music on a French Horn?

I play french horn, and I’m just curious whether you can play Jazz on one. I don’t just mean you can or can’t physically play it on a french horn, but whether you know of any Jazz pieces for french horn or that accompany a french horn? Thanks.

absolutely! Tom Varner and Tom Bacon are a couple of others. Bacon has a CD The Flipside which is all jazz horn and a book titled Jazz Cafe. David Jolley recently arranged something for woodwind quintet I think. Check in the IHS magazine. I have seen several jazz horn pieces reviewed there.
