Know any good study Music?
I can not stand silence when I am studying. Big band, Jazz, house music, classical is all fine. It just can not have too many lyrics… unless it is a language other then English. Thanks alot
I don’t listen to much of this type of music, so I will do my best.
Dave Brubeck-Take Five, etc, all great chill jazz songs with some great playing
Miles Davis-some great playing, plus many of his songs go on for like 20 mins, which can be a plus for getting into a study rhythm
Mozart, Beethoven, etc-All great for studying, especially symphonies that are long
Aphex Twin-my favorite techno artist, good intelligent dance music, some like Come to Daddy are prob not good for studying but others are more soothing.
Not classical or jazz, but Sigur Ros is my favorite band for studying. They are a post-rock band who is soothing and sings, but its more incomprehensible icelandic choir sounding stuff so its not impeding. Definitely give them a try. And if you like them, also look at Explosions in the Sky and Godspeed you black emperor (Rockets Fall on Rocket Falls is my ultimate study song)
